Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 Beautiful heavy melons
- 100 g of San Daniele ham
- 2 plain yogurts
- pink peppercorns, fine salt and fresh chopped mint
1- Cut off the 2 ends and peel your melon completely, leaving no trace of green.
2- Cut in half lengthwise then remove the seeds with a spoon, then cut slices 1 to 2 cm thick and keep some in the flesh to make small balls with the rest, blend with 2 yogurts, salt then add fresh mint and pink peppercorns, this way you will have 4 small glasses to serve with.
3- Arrange your slices in a corolla and your ham slices slightly rolled, the small balls placed on a toothpick.
