Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 Cookie cutter 7.5 cm
- 1 Garlic press
- 6 Slices of smoked salmon
- 1 Fresh goat cheese 120 gr
- Chives
- 1/2 Shallot
- 1 tsp of honey
- Salt pepper
- Lemon juice to add last before serving.
1- In a small bowl, crumble the goat cheese.
2- Put the small or half shallot in the garlic press, let the juice flow into the cheese and cut with the knife the shallot bits.
3- Add honey, salt, pepper, chives, and mix everything!
4- Make 4 rounds of salmon with the cookie cutter.
5- Preparation tip: Put 2 slices on top of each other for reasonable thickness, avoid the black part of the salmon, not pleasant in the mouth, and does not cut easily.
6- Make 4 rounds. And you will cut the rest of the salmon into dice, which you will put between 2 layers. Unless you have enough slices of salmon to make 6 rounds so 12 slices.
7- Place the cookie cutter, arrange a first circle of salmon.
8- Spread with a small spoon the goat cheese mixture.
9- Put the salmon dice neatly, then start a 2nd layer again. And place the 2nd circle of salmon.
10- Remove the cookie cutter very gently.
11- Decorate according to your taste and what you have on hand. For my part sorry I didn't have much.
12- Leave 4 to 6 hours in the fridge, protected in cellophane.
13- When serving, drizzle a few drops of lemon juice, not before because the lemon cooks the salmon. But that's only according to taste!
All that's left is to enjoy!!!
