Ingredients for 6 servings
- 150 g of crab meat
- 150 g of natural tuna
- 3 eggs
- 130 g of flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 90 g of grated gruyere
- 50 g of butter
- 10 cl of light cream
- 1 packet of baking powder
- salt and pepper
1- To start, preheat the oven to 180°C.
2- Melt the butter.
3- In a bowl mix the flour and baking powder. Make a well, pour in the eggs, butter and cream. Salt, pepper and mix.
4- Add the grated cheese, chopped garlic, crumbled crab and tuna.
5- Butter and flour small cake or brioche molds. Distribute the mixture into them.
6- Bake and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.
