Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 green tea bag
- 2 grapefruits
- 3 oranges
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- A few redcurrants or raspberries
- Vanilla pod
- Ginger
1- Steep the tea in 50 cl of simmering water and let cool
2- Zest one orange and peel all citrus fruits to the flesh
3- Remove the segments and collect the juice to add to the green tea
4- Grate some ginger and add it to the tea
5- Arrange all the fruits alternating in glasses
6- Pour the cold tea over the fruits
7- Decorate with a vanilla pod and sprigs of mint as well as a bunch of redcurrants or a few raspberries on top
8- Chill for at least 2 hours
For a more fun effect, I frosted the glass for a few minutes in the freezer
A very refreshing infusion in summer, but which can be enjoyed in winter since it's citrus season
