Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 zucchini
- 1 small onion
- 2 slices of cured ham
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- cumin, salt, pepper
- 2 sheets of brick pastry
1- Wash the zucchini, cut 6 to 8 slices of 1/2 cm and cut the rest into small sticks.
2- Peel the onion and slice it finely.
3- In a wok, add a little olive oil and cook the zucchini sticks and sliced onion over high heat for 4 minutes while stirring. The zucchini should be slightly crispy, add a little cumin, salt, and pepper. Then remove from heat.
4- In the same wok, add a touch of olive oil and cook the zucchini slices on both sides until golden brown, they will be used for presentation.
5- Take a sheet of brick pastry and cut it to the width of your ham slice.
6- Place the ham slice on the brick pastry sheet, then spread a little of the zucchini-onion mixture over the entire ham slice. Roll it all up, do the same with the other brick pastry sheet and bake in a hot oven (180°C) for 5 to 8 minutes.
7- Serve hot and present with the zucchini slices.
