Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 medium onions
- 20cl liquid cream
- a small can of tomato pulp
- 2 cans of crab meat
- 10 eggs
- 1 dose of saffron powder
- 5cl of milk to beat the eggs
- butter for the pan
- salt and pepper
1/ mince the onions and sweat them in a little butter.
2/ add the crab, tomato, cream, saffron, salt and pepper.
3/ once the mixture is well homogeneous make an omelet in another pan having beaten the eggs in a bowl with a little milk, salt and pepper.
4/ to finish: put the crab mixture on the omelet and fold it to serve.
with a salad this dish makes a complete meal.
