Ingredients for 2 servings
- 550 g of type 55 flour
- 5 g of baker's yeast diluted with 25 cl of lukewarm water
- 5 cl of olive oil
- 10 g of fine salt
- a pinch of thyme flowers and a pinch of oregano
1- Put all the ingredients in your bread machine bowl and set it to dough program.
2- When the program is finished, remove it from the machine, put it in a bowl and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3- Remove the large ball and divide it into four smaller ones.
4- Preheat your oven to 280°(th 10)
5- Roll out your 4 pizzas with a rolling pin on 2 baking sheets and let rise for another 20 minutes, make small edges and top with your choice of toppings, cooking 5-10 min approximately.

tomatoes, anchovies, artichoke and onions.
Tomato, green and red peppers + black olives.
Tomato, mozzarella, spring onions and tuna.
Confit tomatoes, fresh sliced salmon, green peppers.
Chicken strips, sliced gruyere and tomato.
Merguez, peppers, olives, tomato and onion.
Smoked duck breast, sautéed mushrooms, foie gras mousse.
Goat cheese, sautéed lardons and tomatoes.
