Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 large spoonful of olive oil
- 1 large spoon of milk
- a pinch of salt
1/ Mix all the ingredients for making raviolis on a floured surface, knead lightly.
2/ Divide the dough in two, roll out and cut into identical strips;
3/ Place half of the strips on the floured surface, distribute the chosen filling (meat, fish, poultry or vegetables) in small heaps.
4/ Cover with the strips of dough, cut out and seal each ravioli by pressing lightly on the slightly moistened edges.
5/ Cook in boiling water, remove the raviolis as soon as they rise to the surface. Drain.
6/ Make the sauce of your choice according to your taste.
