Ingredients for 4 servings
- 1 medium pattypan squash
- 1 peeled and finely sliced onion
- 1 medium zucchini sliced
- 60 gr smoked bacon cut into small lardons
- olive oil
- salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 clove of garlic degerminated and chopped
1/ Peel the pattypan squash and cut it into small 1 cm cubes.
2/ Pan-fry your vegetables with a little olive oil. then after 5 minutes of cooking add the smoked bacon.
3/ Let cook on low heat (10 to 12 minutes) test regularly to obtain the desired cooking add the garlic hash and correct the seasoning (be careful not too much salt because of the presence of smoked bacon).
Hard to make simpler and yet delicious.
