Ingredients
- 190g Strong white flour
- 15g Baking powder
- 75g Soft butter
- 12 cl whole milk
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 3g table salt
voici une recette de petits pains au lait d'antan rapide et délicieuse
1- In a bowl, sift the flour along with the baking powder. Make a well and place the butter, the beaten egg, salt and milk. Bind all the ingredients together. Work and knead your dough for 15 minutes, Set aside to rest for 1/2H.
2- Start your oven at 190'C (374'F).
3- Dust a clean surface with some flour and make 12 parts in your dough. Roll them in small, long buns. Then, place them on a baking tray. Make an egg wash with egg yolk and some water and coat your buns with it.
4- Bake them for 11 minutes.
With this quick recipe you will be able to garnish them with all sorts of things such as savoury tuna and ratatouille, cheese or sweet ones such as compote, jam, chocolate spread etc.
