Ingredients
- 200 g of rice flour
- 200 g of water
- 8 g of gluten-free yeast
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 block of smoked tofu
- 2 tomatoes
- Tomato sauce
- 1 block of goat cheese
- Gluten-free malt yeast
1- Mix all ingredients together to obtain a soft dough.
2- Line a tart pan with parchment paper. Pour the dough into it.
3- Pre-bake the dough in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
4- When removing from the oven, immediately add the tomato sauce, tofu, tomatoes, goat cheese and malt yeast.
5- And bake again without delay, to prevent the dough from becoming fragile when in contact with the toppings for 5 minutes.
