Ingredients for 5 servings

  • 3 large onions, thinly sliced
  • a little butter and oil
  • 25 large slices of beef carpaccio
  • 2 to 3 tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 garlic cloves
  • +/- 5 to 6 tbsp of oxo or equivalent Maggi flavor seasoning (I do it by eye)
  • a little cold water (I do it by eye)
  • the juice of one lime
  • 10 small rolls or two baguettes
  • sauce of your choice (for me aioli)
