Ingredients for 2 servings
- 1 package of plain quenelles
- 1 can of peeled tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp of Herbes de Provence
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
1- In a saucepan put the oil, the can of tomatoes,
the herbs, the crushed garlic and the quenelles.
2- Salt, pepper and cook for 20 to 30 minutes on low heat,
the quenelles should double in volume.
3- Stir from time to time.
Eat as is.
