Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 80 g flour
- 125 g grated gruyere
- 250 g smoked or unsmoked pork breast (according to taste)
- half a liter of milk
1/ Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
2/ Put the eggs, flour, gruyere and milk in a blender and mix for about one minute.
3/ Meanwhile take a cake mold and arrange the bacon at the bottom.
4/ Pour your preparation over the bacon and bake for about 40 minutes.
5/ After 30 minutes of cooking reduce the heat to 180 degrees and watch your preparation which should be risen like a soufflé and which should caramelize without burning.
You can serve this very simple dish with a salad.
