Ingredients
- chicken breasts
- sliced mushrooms
- green asparagus
- shallots
- garlic
- chopped parsley
- olive oil
- salt
- pepper
1- Start with the chicken breast; you must flatten it between two sheets of plastic wrap with a rolling pin.
2- Choose your preferred mushrooms and cut them into 3 cm cubes.
3- To bring out all the aromas, you must add chopped garlic, shallots and parsley. If you like garlic, add more. If you love mushrooms, prepare more.
4- Put the mushrooms on a plate with a little olive oil over high heat and cook them for about two minutes, stirring regularly.
5- Then, lower the heat, add the parsley and let cook for another two minutes.
6- Add this mixture to the chicken and roll everything in plastic wrap.
7- Steam this roll for 15 to 20 minutes.
8- During cooking, pour a little olive oil into a pan and add the asparagus.
9- Unroll the chicken and pour everything into the pan with the asparagus.
10- Gently cut the chicken as desired and serve with the asparagus.
