Heat two pots of salted water, place the quinoa in the first one, and in the second, the broccoli, carrots, and zucchini.
remove the vegetables from the heat after 7 minutes of cooking and rinse them.
let the quinoa cook for 10 minutes then rinse it under cold water.
cut the salmon into strips.
let the vegetables and quinoa cool.
place in a salad bowl: the salad, the vegetables, the quinoa, the onion and the salmon.
gently toss the salad, then add the olive oil and lime juice.
salt and pepper.
