Ingredients
- Chopped onions
- Chopped lettuce
- Cherry tomatoes
- Thinly sliced carrots
- Thinly sliced zucchini
- Grilled peppers
- Whole wheat bread
1- Chop the onions and lettuce.
2- Slice the carrots, zucchini and peppers into thin slices.
3- Cook the zucchini.
4- Sauté the peppers and onions in a pan with a touch of oil.
5- Place as desired in your whole wheat bread.
You can also add fruits. Grapes, apples, pears or oranges can be mixed with vegetables, meats and fish. And don't forget herbs and nuts, such as basil or almonds. You don't have to put all the ingredients in the sandwich.

- turkey, lettuce, cherry tomatoes and grapes with poppy seeds
- ham, cheddar, caramelized onions with chives and lettuce
- prosciutto, melon or honey with basil and black pepper
- watercress, chicken and onions with cilantro and yogurt
- thick ham, parsley and garlic with tomato pieces and peppers
- endives, ham, roquefort, apples and walnuts
- sun-dried tomatoes, olives, arugula, anchovies and anchovies with rosemary
- spinach leaves, parmesan, prosciutto with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and toasted pine nuts
- brie, grapes and thinly sliced ham
