Ingredients
- Vegetable soup with sunflower seeds and pine nuts:
- 4 potatoes
- 1 turnip
- 3 carrots
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 onion
- 3 leeks
- Sunflower seeds
- Pine nuts
- Malt yeast
1- Wash all vegetables.
2- Peel the potatoes, onion, carrots, turnip, leeks and parsnip and cut into small pieces.
3- Remove the leaves from the celery stalk and cut it into pieces.
4- Put the vegetables in a very large pot with water and cook over high heat for 1 hour.
5- During cooking, add a good teaspoon of coarse sea salt from Guérande.
6- And finally blend and sprinkle with sunflower seeds, pine nuts and malt yeast!
