Ingredients for 4 servings
- 2 mangoes
- The juice of 4 oranges
- 2 limes
- 4 star anise
- Fresh sliced ginger
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 50 g brown sugar
- mint leaves
- shredded coconut optional
Put the citrus juice, star anise, sliced lemongrass and ginger in a saucepan and bring to a boil to make a syrup
Let simmer for 10 minutes
Strain the syrup and add the mangoes cut into pieces
Let simmer for another 2 minutes, no more
Blend everything and let cool
Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours
Serve in small glasses
Decorate to your taste with star anise or shredded coconut...
Enjoy well chilled
You can zest 1 lemon and 1 orange to decorate at the end
