1/ Soak the mushrooms for 30 min in hot water. Also soak the noodles in another bowl of hot water for 10 min. Cook the chicken breast fillets by steaming or in the microwave.
2/ Peel and chop the garlic, green onions and ginger, sauté them gently in a pot with oil for 5 min with the bell pepper or chili. Dissolve the stock cubes in 80 cl of very hot water. Pour this broth into the pot, bring to a boil, add the sliced chicken, noodles and drained mushrooms, salt, pepper, let simmer for 5 min then add the shrimp and chopped cilantro.
3/ Distribute into Chinese bowls and serve immediately. You can sprinkle the bowls with toasted sesame seeds.
