1- the dough: In a bowl mix the flour and the butter cut into small dice, then the egg, sugar, salt and baking powder, add water until you obtain a dough.
Let rest.
2- the syrup: In a saucepan put the water + sugar bring to a boil, poach the peeled pear halves in it for 10 minutes then remove them and let cool.
3- the filling: In a bowl beat the sugar and eggs, add the butter at room temperature to the mixture, mix, add the almond powder and the tablespoon of flour. Mix everything well.
4- Spread the dough in the pan, prick the dough with a fork, pour the almond filling on the bottom of the tart, place the pears in flower shapes on top, sprinkle with sliced almonds
5- Bake at thermostat 7 (210°) for 30 minutes.
