Ingredients for 8 servings
- 1 all-butter puff pastry organic or homemade
- 600 g of Mirabelles from Lorraine
- 80 g of flour
- 100 g of sugar
- 30 g of butter
- cinnamon
- 30 cm diameter tart pan
1- Preheat the oven to 200°c (th 6-7).
2- Open the mirabelles and pit them.
3- Roll out the pastry in the pan and prick the entire bottom with a fork so the pastry doesn't puff up.
4- Sprinkle the flour by hand over the entire pastry base and do the same with the sugar *.
5- Arrange the mirabelles regularly, with the inside facing up.
6- Sprinkle with sugar mixed with a little cinnamon.
7- Cut the butter into 6 or 8 small pieces and distribute evenly over the tart.
8- Bake in the middle of the oven at 200°c for 35 minutes.
9- When removed from the oven, let your tart cool on a rack and sprinkle with 1 tsp of powdered sugar to give it shine.
This tart can be prepared with a Sweet Pastry or Shortbread.
