Ingredients for 3 servings

  • Gourmet open-faced sandwiches and Château d'Yquem for 3 to 4 people:
  • 1 bottle of Château d'Yquem* slightly chilled
  • 120 g of farmhouse Roquefort of fine quality
  • 80 g of Grenoble walnut kernels lightly crushed then toasted
  • 4 large slices of "©Poilâne" bread (or country bread with natural sourdough)
  • 1 hour of nothing but silence without telephone or interruptions: in short, organic "silence".
