Ingredients for 8 servings
- 4 eggs
- 60 g sugar
- 250 g mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons amaretto
- 8 ladyfinger biscuits
- 500 g strawberries
- 60 g sugar
- 1 lime juice
"the coulis"
1° Hull the strawberries and wash them
2° Pour the strawberries into a bowl and sprinkle with sugar and lime juice and blend everything together, then reserve in the refrigerator.
"the mixture"
1° Separate the yolks from the whites; take the yolks and whiten with the sugar then add the mascarpone then set aside; beat the whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold the two mixtures together with a spatula.
2° Break the biscuits in half and dip the biscuits in the coulis.
3° Assemble in the glass: put half a biscuit at the bottom of the glass with some coulis that should cover the biscuit then pour the mascarpone mixture approximately 1.5cm then put the second piece of biscuit, then the mascarpone mixture.
4° Put in the refrigerator for 24 hours to allow it to solidify.
finishing the tiramisu:
put strawberry coulis on top of the glass then some grilled almond shavings and a mint leaf...
