Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 beautiful clean black truffles
- 4 thin strips of fresh peasant lard with fat
- pepper mill
- and 4 slices of country bread (Poilâne style)
1- Make 8 strips of parchment paper of
15 cm wide and 20 cm long
and 4 strips of aluminum foil of the same size
On your work surface lay out the 4 strips of parchment paper then place in the center your truffles that you will have wrapped in lard make a first package then oil 4 other strips of parchment and wrap your truffles with a second layer, oil and finally wrap each "package" with aluminum foil.
You will thus have 4 small parcels that you place in the hot ashes then you cover them with a thickness of ashes equivalent
2- Cooking 25 minutes !
3- Meanwhile toast large slices of country bread
Remove the truffle parcels place them on 4 large plates and place half a slice of toasted bread on each side.
After that everyone manages: you open with a knife this wonderful little package of love.
As soon as the juice appears pour it on the bread then you take out the truffle you cut it roughly and you sprinkle it on your slice of bread.
Finally without cutlery, by hand, you enjoy these tasty tartines as if they came from heaven...
