Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 and a half cucumber
- 3 Greek yogurts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- chives
- ground pepper
1/ Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
2/ Grate the cucumbers.
3/ Place the grated cucumbers in a colander with coarse salt and let drain for a few minutes
4/ In a bowl, mix the 3 Greek yogurts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pepper. Add the grated cucumbers and mix with a skimmer.
It's ready! Serve your tsatsiki in small glasses, in appetizer spoons or in small jars to dip raw vegetable sticks (cucumbers, carrots, peppers etc).
