On pretty small plates, place your baguette slice on one side, then place your black radish slice on top of it, then a red one, add a few pearls of caviar lemon and a grain of fleur de sel.
On the other side place a few arugula leaves topped with crushed almonds, give a small turn of the pepper mill, then on these preparations finish by pouring a small drizzle of olive oil over everything.
My advice: put this small bite entirely in your mouth then crunch
