Ingredients
- 4 slices of smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp fresh goat cheese
- 2 tbsp soy cream
- Chives
- 1/2 granny smith apple
- Red lumpfish roe
1- In a salad bowl, put the goat cheese and mash it with a fork, add the chopped chives, cream and mix everything together
2- In each verrine, place smoked salmon cut into pieces at the bottom of the glass, then a layer of cream mousse, followed by lumpfish roe, then apple pieces, another layer of salmon and finally cream mousse.
3- To decorate, add a little lumpfish roe!
