Ingredients for 8 servings
- 180 g of flour
- 180 g of powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 180 g of salted butter
- blackcurrant jam
1- Mix the sugar and melted butter
2- Add the eggs one by one alternating with the flour
3- Place in a mold for 35 minutes at 180°
4- Let cool on a rack
5- Cut the cake in half and spread the blackcurrant jam
6- Dust with powdered sugar
