Here is a small recipe that should please you. Ingredients for Carnival Fritters
Share
Ingredients
8.75 oz (250 g) of flour
0.5 oz (15 g) of caster sugar
4 eggs
0.6 cup (15 cl) of milk or water
3.5 oz (100 g) of melted butter then cooled (it must be set like a cream)
A pinch of ground cinnamon
Powdered sugar
deep frying with grapeseed oil (if possible)
as you may have noticed I corrected the weight of flour because I made an error when copying my sheet
Step-by-step directions
1 In a bowl, pour the flour, make a small well and add the caster sugar, the eggs beaten like an omelet, the milk or water and a little cinnamon
2 Mix well with a whisk then add the cold melted butter and let it rest for 30 minutes in the cold covered
3 Mold the fritters (of all shapes) then pass them through the deep fryer then place them on absorbent paper and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
Chef Patrick's Comment
Hello, excuse me I made an error when copying my sheet it is indeed 250g and not 150g of flour I was thinking to myself that in front of your failures there was a problem and for good reason since it was me (smiles) that is now corrected, see you soon. Chef Patrick.
