Ingredients

  • This recipe is my own. I always had good results with it so I wanted to share it with you.
recipe for about 12 blinis :
  • 160g (5.75 oz) strong flour
  • 2 whole eggs separated
  • 20 cl (0.8 cup) warm milk (under 50'C)
  • 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) Double cream
  • 20g (0.7 oz) fresh yeast
  • 5g (0.2 oz) table salt
