Turkey Meatballs in Cream Sauce golden and flavorful
Ingredients for 8 servings
- 3 turkey escalopes
- 2 small potatoes
- 2 pots of cream cheese (diet cheese)
- A bunch of parsley
- 2 garlic cloves
- Nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper
Step-by-step recipe
1 Cook the potatoes in salted water (25 minutes).
2 Mince the escalopes in a food processor.
3 Salt, pepper and season well.
4 Mix the cheese with the chopped parsley and garlic.
5 Once the potatoes are cooked, peel them and mash while completely cold.
6 Add the mashed potatoes to the escalopes.
7 Take a little escalope, put a teaspoon of cheese and close by forming a ball.
8 Pass the balls in the beaten eggs as omelets (salted and peppered) then roll them in
breadcrumbs.
9 Heat an oiled pan and cook the turkey balls over very low heat until golden.
