Ingredients
- 500 g (17.75 oz) of flour
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of soft butter
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- before baking: 1 egg yolk, a few drops of milk and a pinch of sugar
- after baking: powdered sugar and a splash of water (this mixture should be very thick)
