Ingredients for 6 servings
- 3 eggs
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g flour
- 1 lemon zest
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 coffee cup milk
- 1 coffee cup anise
- 1 coffee cup olive oil
An original cake with anise and lemon.
1 In a bowl, beat the three egg yolks with the sugar.
2 Add the lemon zest, the coffee cup of milk, the coffee cup of anise and stir the mixture.
3 Add the flour and baking powder, work the mixture together and fold in the three egg whites beaten to stiff peaks.
4 Pour in a coffee cup of olive oil and stir.
5 Preheat the oven and bake at 180°C until the batter is cooked through.
Good recipe. However, we need clarification: what exactly do you mean by a cup of Anise?
