Ingredients for 9 servings
- 150 g (5.25 oz) of flour
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 eggs
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) of milk
- 100 g (3.5 oz) of grated Gruyère cheese
- 200-250 g (8.75 oz) of smoked trout
1 Preheat the oven to 180°C (355°F)
2 In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
3 Add the eggs. Mix.
4 Add the milk. Mix.
5 Add the grated Gruyère. Mix.
6 Then add the smoked trout cut into small pieces.
7 Bake for 45 minutes at 180°C (355°F).
8 Let cool after cooking.
9 Cut the cake into squares to serve as appetizers.
