Step-by-step directions
1 Preheat the oven to 355°F (180°C)
2 In a bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
3 Add the eggs. Mix.
4 Add the milk. Mix.
5 Add the grated Gruyère. Mix.
6 Then add the smoked trout cut into small pieces.
7 Bake for 45 minutes at 355°F (180°C).
8 Let cool after cooking.
9 Cut the cake into squares to serve as appetizers.

250g of smoked trout for 150g of flour seems like a lot to me, perhaps it would also be necessary to add a little olive oil, anyway worth trying.
