Ingredients
- 180 g (6.25 oz) flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 10 cl (0.4 cup) beer
- 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) rapeseed oil
- 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) olive oil
- 1 onion
- 100 g (3.5 oz) bacon lardons
- 2 peeled and grated carrots
- Salt pepper
Preheat oven to 180°.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the oils and beer. Add the flour, baking powder, carrots, onions and bacon lardons. Mix well and pour the batter into a loaf pan.
Bake and cook between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Enjoy warm or cold with a salad.
