Preheat oven to 180°.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the oils and beer. Add the flour, baking powder, carrots, onions and bacon lardons. Mix well and pour the batter into a loaf pan.
Bake and cook between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
Enjoy warm or cold with a salad.

Great recipe, you can also make it by replacing the beer with apple juice and the pork bacon lardons with turkey or duck ones so your recipe can be operational for everyone.
