  • Crown of Epiphany recipe for 6 to 8 people:
  • 310g (11 oz) strong flour
  • 30g (1.1 oz) caster sugar
  • 200g (7 oz) butter, melted and cooled down
  • 1tsp table salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
zest of an orange finely slicedzest of a lemon finely sliced
  • 2cl (0.7 fl oz) orange blossom water
  • 4cl (1.4 fl oz) water
  • 18g (0.6 oz) fresh yeast
  • 2cl (0.7 fl oz) dark rum
  • 150g (5.25 oz) mixed peels (75g (2.6 oz) slightly floured+75g (2.6 oz) for garnish)
