Ingredients for 4 servings
- 250 g (8.75 oz) of flour
- 1/2 of milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of grape seed oil
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 granny smith or boskoop apples
- 1 thick slice of white ham (approximately 1.5 cm)
- 100 gr (3.5 oz) of grated gruyère
- 20 cl (0.8 cup) of fresh raw cream if possible
- 1 lemon
- if you have long ramekins for one person otherwise a baking dish.
