Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 150 g (5.25 oz) of flour
- 50 g (1.75 oz) of oat flakes
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 2 tbsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
- 35 cl (1.5 cups) of milk
In a bowl whisk the eggs, add the flour and sugar, then gradually add the milk, add the oat flakes and cocoa, mix well. Let rest for 30 minutes and cook your crêpes.
