Ingredients
- 175 g de sucre
- 200 g de farine
- 4 oeufs
- 50 cl de lait
- 1 pincée de sel
- 1 sachet de sucre vanillé ou de l'arôme liquide
- 75 g de beurre
1 Bring the milk to a boil with the butter, sugar and vanilla
2 Let cool slightly
3 Meanwhile separate the egg whites from the yolks
4 Beat the whites until stiff peaks form
5 Mix the yolks with the lukewarm liquid
7 Gently fold the mixture into the whites so as not to make them "fall"
Using a ladle, pour a thin layer of batter into a very hot pan. Cook on only one side. Sprinkle with sugar, roll and serve
