How to do it on iPhone :
1. In Safari, tap the Share button (square with an up arrow, at the bottom of the screen).
2. Scroll down and tap "Add to Home Screen".
3. Tap Add at the top right.
1 To cook the semolina, heat the milk with a pinch of salt, the sugar and the grated zest of the orange. As soon as it boils, sprinkle in the semolina and let it cook gently for 5 to 7 minutes until thickened.
2 Be sure to stir from time to time with a wooden spatula, to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. Then off the heat, incorporate the egg yolks while stirring quickly. Then pour the mixture into a well-buttered dish and let it cool completely.
3 Shape flat croquettes about a finger thick and approximately five centimeters long, then pass them through the lightly beaten egg whites, then through the breadcrumbs.
4 Cook them on both sides in a pan with butter over moderate heat. Once well browned, remove them and place them on absorbent paper.
5 Then you will serve them either warm or cold, accompanied by orange jam that you will have heated in a small saucepan with a little water or alcohol to thin it slightly.
