A beautiful recipe for individual small cakes with island flavors, pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients
- 1.1 cups (25 cl) of water
- 2.8 oz (80 g) of butter
- 4 eggs
- 5.25 oz (150 g) of flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 14 oz (400 g) of pineapple flesh
- 2 dl of milk
- 1.75 oz (50 g) of powdered sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 1.7 fl oz (5 cl) of liquid cream
- 2.1 oz (60 g) of icing sugar
- 4 tablespoons of coconut powder
- For the orange color (7 drops of yellow and 3 of red).
- Small colored beads
