Ingredients

  • 1.1 cups (25 cl) of water
  • 2.8 oz (80 g) of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 5.25 oz (150 g) of flour
  • 1 pinch of salt
Pineapple cream ingredients:
  • 14 oz (400 g) of pineapple flesh
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 1.75 oz (50 g) of powdered sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
Ingredients for the frosting:
  • 3 tablespoons of mascarpone
  • 1.7 fl oz (5 cl) of liquid cream
  • 2.1 oz (60 g) of icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut powder
  • For the orange color (7 drops of yellow and 3 of red).
  • Small colored beads
