- 4 egg yolks
- 3 tablespoons of mascarpone
- 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) of liquid cream
- 60 g (2.1 oz) of icing sugar
- 4 tablespoons of coconut powder
- For the orange color (7 drops of yellow and 3 of red).
- Small colored beads
