  • 400 g (14 oz) of pineapple flesh
  • 2 dl of milk
  • 50 g (1.75 oz) of powdered sugar
  • 4 egg yolks
Ingredients for the frosting:
  • 3 tablespoons of mascarpone
  • 5 cl (1.7 fl oz) of liquid cream
  • 60 g (2.1 oz) of icing sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of coconut powder
  • For the orange color (7 drops of yellow and 3 of red).
