Rainbow Cupcakes soft and indulgent
Ingredients
- 3.9 oz (110 g) butter
- 3.5 oz (100 g) sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 tablespoons of praline powder
- 4.75 oz (135 g) flour
- 1/2 packet of baking powder
- 0.5 cup (12.5 cl) milk
- food coloring: green, blue, orange, yellow, red, violet (see back of package for coloring instructions)
- 7 oz (200 g) mascarpone
- 4 tablespoons of praline powder
- 3 tablespoons of SETE zezettes mousse (biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
Step-by-step recipe
1 Preheat your oven to 180° (thermostat 6)
2/ In a bowl, beat the butter and sugars. Add the eggs one by one, then the praline. Finish by adding the flour, baking powder and milk.
3/ Divide the batter into 6 different bowls. Add a different food coloring to each bowl. Mix well.
In the cupcake liners, pour 1 heaping teaspoon of each color of batter to fill them 3/4 full. Repeat until all the batter is used.
4/ Bake for 13 to 15 minutes.
5/ Prepare the frosting:
Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat everything until you have a homogeneous paste.
6/ When the cupcakes are cool, fill a piping bag with the frosting and decorate your cupcakes, finish with the small multicolored pearl beads.
It's ready, all that's left is to enjoy!!.
