Ingredients: 110 g de beurre; 110 g de sucre; 2 sachets de sucre vanillé; 2 oeufs; 150 g de farine; 1/2 sachet de levure chimique; 3 cuillères à soupe de lait; 5 grosses fraises; Pour la crème :250 g de mascarpone; 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre glace; 1 cuillère de cacao; Pour le coulis de fraises :10 fraises; 3 cuillères à soupe de sucre; 2 cuillères à soupe d'eau; 1 cuillère à café de jus de citron; Pour la déco :C'était Pâques j'ai mis des oeufs, mais vous pouvez rajouter 1/2 fraise et du sucre coloré.

Traditional cupcakes presented here with strawberries and topped with chocolate frosting and strawberry coulis.

Ingredients for 6 servings

110 g butter
110 g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
2 eggs
150 g flour
1/2 packet baking powder
3 tablespoons milk
5 large strawberries

For the cream:

250 g mascarpone
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa

For the strawberry coulis:

10 strawberries
3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon juice

For decoration:

It was Easter so I added eggs, but you can add 1/2 strawberry and colored sugar instead.

Step-by-step directions

1 Preheat the oven to 180°
2/ In a bowl, beat the butter with the sugars. Add the eggs one by one, mixing between each addition. Blend 5 large strawberries and add them to the mixture. Then add the flour, baking powder and finish with the milk.
3/ Fill your cupcake liners 3/4 full and bake for 12 minutes. Wait for them to cool before adding the frosting.
4/ Prepare the cream, beat the mascarpone with powdered sugar and chocolate and fill a piping bag. Make a circle with this cream on the cupcakes. Refrigerate.
5/ Prepare the strawberry coulis, cut the strawberries into small pieces, place them in a saucepan with the sugar, water and lemon juice. Let it bubble for a few minutes while stirring then blend the preparation, let cool.
6/ Pour 1 tablespoon of strawberry coulis in the center of each cream circle. Decorate the top as you wish with strawberry pieces or candies.

Good recipe, strawberries (from June onwards) should only be added just at the end and be sure to specify that the butter is at room temperature before creaming it with the sugar.
