Ingredients for 4 servings
- 4 Beautiful slices of line-caught white tuna (albacore) approximately 150 g each.
- 6 small round garden tomatoes peeled and cut in half
- Parmesan
- 1 plate with flour
- 1 plate with a beaten egg and a dash of olive oil
- 1 plate with freshly grated parmesan mixed with breadcrumbs.
- olive oil and a knob of butter
- 1 dash of lime juice.
- rosemary and garlic slivers
- salt and freshly ground pepper.
