  • 1 clove of garlic, crushed and chopped
  • 7 oz (200g) of bread, soak in 0.4 cup (10cl) of milk
  • 7 oz (200g) of minced pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 lit fish stock
  • 1.7 fl oz (5cl) dry white wine
  • 0.8 cup (20cl) double cream
  • 1 lemon juice
salt and freshly ground pepper
