Step-by-step directions
Whisk the 4 egg yolks with the sugar,
then incorporate the cornstarch,
just melt the butter and chocolate,
add the chestnut cream,
mix everything together.
whip the 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form
and gently fold them into the mixture,
pour into a buttered mold,
place in the oven at 180° for 20 to 25 minutes.
enjoy thoroughly.

Good recipe, personally I remove the buttermilk from the melted butter or I use Echiré butter.
