filling:
  • 6 dl cream with 30% fat
  • 1 tbsp bitter cocoa powder.
  • 1 jar of pitted cherries (+- 500 gr (17.75 oz))
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp sugar.
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) powdered sugar.
  • 8 tbsp kirsch or 8 tbsp cherry juice.
  • a few chocolate shavings for decoration
