- 6 dl cream with 30% fat
- 1 tbsp bitter cocoa powder.
- 1 jar of pitted cherries (+- 500 gr (17.75 oz))
- 100 g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp sugar.
- 100 g (3.5 oz) powdered sugar.
- 8 tbsp kirsch or 8 tbsp cherry juice.
- a few chocolate shavings for decoration
- (4 squares of dark chocolate)
