- 3 to 4 prawns per person depending on size
- diced tomatoes (blanched, seeded tomatoes cut into small dice)
- small dice of zucchini and bell peppers
- a few drops of orange juice and Grand-Marnier mixed together (if there are no children)
- garlic-infused olive oil, thyme flowers and Espelette pepper
