Ingredients for 4 servings
- Soissons Beans and Grilled Prawns for 4 people:
- 1 jar of Soissons Beans cooked naturally 720 g
- (420 g drained)
- 20 cl homemade tomato sauce
- 80 g yellow and red candied peppers cut into small dice
- 1 teaspoon turmeric (Madagascar if possible)
- 1 clove of garlic, degermed and finely chopped
- a little lemon thyme flowers
- salt
- 16 beautiful "organic" prawn tails, peeled and raw with the vein removed (or high quality frozen)
- freshly ground pepper and olive oil
- 1 dash of soy sauce (Kikkoman style)
